Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative with a knowledge background in IT Software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in IT Sales and Marketing. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, engaging new customers in various industries, driving sales and revenue growth through inside sales techniques, conducting meetings with potential customers, and closing deals.


Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and acquire new clients in various industries through site visits, setting up meetings, and cold-calling.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction
  3. Identifying opportunities and promoting our services.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the IT Software industry to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  5. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT Software, and utilize this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administration and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  9. Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to the manager.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the IT industry.
  2. Proven experience in Outdoor sales in the related field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficient in using ZOHO CRM software.
  7. Technical background in IT Software is highly preferred.
  8. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
