Key Accountabilities

·Analyse customer issues, formulate a response, and communicate comprehensively to queries to ensure customers receive complete information in a timely manner.

·Maintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal customers, and HR colleagues to deliver the right solutions.

·Action decisions made by HR management and conveyed positively to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.

·Handle the communication of all updates, changes, new initiatives, and new policies through online channels (email, workplace, phone calls, etc.)

·Manage the insource the outsource project end to end in terms of recruitment, communication, onboarding and joining formalities.

·Manage end to end the onboarding and induction for new joiners and continue to act as main contact for new hire post-joining.

·Assist in general administration to ensure edara operations run smoothly

·Identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with systems and processes to actively partake in solution-finding.

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or HR related software.
  • Skilled in using HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business administration role
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related specialty
