Our client is in leading organization Pharmaceutical Industry. They are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities.
- Submission of the promotional collaterals on Veeva PromoMats for review and approval
- Follow up with content development vendors
- Maintains promotional materials inventory
- Raising contracts for speakers / sponsorships after approval
- Follow up on POs issuance before the events
- Post Meeting / Event documentation and closure , notifying the finance team to issue the payments
Skills

- 1 year Experience in UAE
Qualifications:
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and SAP
- Excellent communication skills

- Process improvement and experience with CRM systems
