Hospitality Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality department, ensuring the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the hospitality department, including front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams.
  2. Ensure that all guest expectations are met and exceeded through consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  3. Train, motivate, and lead a team of hospitality staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.
  4. Manage guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
  6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  7. Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring quality and adherence to health and safety standards.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
  9. Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies and initiatives to enhance guest experiences.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  2. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  3. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software.
