What you will enjoy doing

As Production and OPEX Manager of ALPLA MOROCCO you will be responsible for the following missions:




  • Ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient production operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Implementing and revising procedures and performance-based control systems.

  • Training employees and optimizing processes through operational excellence initiatives.

  • Supporting production and maintenance staff to maximize machine efficiency and profits.

  • Managing waste, material consumption, and inventory accuracy.

  • Developing systems to ensure maximum product quality and continuous improvement.

  • Conducting monthly management review meetings and presenting departmental KPIs and improvement measures.

  • Leading improvement projects and KAIZEN workshops.

  • Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of machinery, infrastructure, and equipment to extend their lifespan.



What makes you great

  • Bachelor's degree in production engineering or a similar field, with a strong technical/engineering background.

  • Three or more years of hands-on experience in molding, setups, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the plastics industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of plastics molding processes, downstream equipment, utilities machines, and maintenance procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Arabic.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and motivation skills.

  • Thorough understanding of health and safety practices and lean management tools such as 5S, DMAIC, TPM, and Six Sigma.

  • High level of energy, flexibility, and the ability to work in various positions for extended periods.
