Responsibilities :

• Identify and attract qualified IT candidates from around the world
• Analyze the needs of partner companies to better understand their expectations and requirements
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and motivations
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sourcing strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from selection to offer negotiation
• Ensure regular follow-up with candidates and partner companies to guarantee mutual satisfaction

Desired Profile:

• Successful first experience in IT recruitment, ideally in an international context
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with one or more additional languages desired
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the recruitment process
• Curiosity and technological watchfulness to stay up-to-date on trends and innovations in the IT sector
