Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (She/ He) to help manage our daily life in Marrakech.

You'll be in charge of organizing daily things. Handling schedules, running errands, and managing communications. You will especially be helping us building our business and our daily life in Morocco.

If you're kind, nice to dogs and people, detail-oriented, and love keeping things organized, this job is perfect for you.


You'll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly and helping to make life a bit easier for us. If you're passionate about providing great support and improving daily routines, we’d love to hear from you!


This job will be a part time job. But if everything works well, a future job at our hotel can be a job perspective.

Skills

Your skills should be:

  1. Discretion and Confidentiality: Handling personal information with the utmost privacy and trustworthiness is crucial.
  2. Organization: Managing personal schedules, appointments, and household tasks efficiently.
  3. Communication: Effectively communicating with the individual, family members, and other contacts.
  4. English, french and Darija are mandatory
  5. Flexibility and Adaptability: Adjusting to changing personal needs and preferences, and being able to handle unexpected changes.
  6. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in personal tasks, such as managing bills, personal records, and event planning.
  7. You need to know Marrakech well: Shops, Districts, Offices, etc.
  8. Dogs and Cats: should be your friend
