Freelance Technico-Functional Consultant - Digital Business Automation Ref. 005511

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Technico-Functional Consultant to join our team and assist our client in the implementation and maintenance of Digital Business Automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Digital Business Automation solutions, including the following components: Content Navigator, Case Builder, Case Client, Case Monitor, Datacap Client, IBM Connections.
  • Create electronic archiving directories with configuration of document types for both Datacap and Filenet.
  • Optimize processes.
  • Create knowledge management spaces and document validation flows.
  • Write technical and functional documentation.
  • Communicate fluently with internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of implementing and maintaining the mentioned Digital Business Automation solutions.
  • Expertise in creating electronic archiving directories and configuring document types for Datacap and Filenet.
  • Proven process optimization skills.
  • Ability to create knowledge management spaces and document validation flows.
  • Excellent writing skills for producing technical and functional documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate fluently in English and French.
  • Significant experience as a technico-functional consultant, ideally in a Digital Business Automation environment.
