Real Estate Company seeking a Listing-Agent for Lisbon, Portugal. The focus of the business is on the foreign investor/buyer for Portugal. Commission-based role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the real estate business
- Focus on the sell side
- Develop relationships with clients, build partnerships, and provide exceptional service
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Participate in, training sessions, negotiations and facilitate transactions
- Focus on Lisbon, Oeiras, Estoril, Cascais, Sintra, Setúbal, and Algarve regions
Qualifications

- Experience in Real Estate
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members

- Fluency in English. Arabic, French, and Portuguese are advantageous.
