Job Description

Aid in the deployment of Lean Six Sigma operational excellence strategies.
- Facilitate the adoption of machine learning and IoT technologies within our Industry 4.0 framework to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Engage in ERP automation projects to streamline operations.
- Utilize Lean methodology and continuous improvement practices to optimize operational performance.
- Participate in sustainability initiatives to promote eco-friendly manufacturing processes.
- Draft value stream mapping to analyse and improve the flow of materials and information.
- Develop presentations on project progress and insights.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to support operational and sustainability objectives.

Skills

Solid understanding of Linz Sigma operational excellence principles, Lean methodologies, and Industry 4.0 applications. Knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools Familiarity with value stream mapping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Must hold a valid driving license, as the role may involve travel for site visits and project-related tasks. A proactive learner with a strong interest in continuous improvement and environmental sustainability within the manufacturing sector.
