Anti-PR campaigns comprising traditional and the latest proven media methods.
The
Creative Strategist bridges the gap between innovative ideation and strategic execution, ensuring that PR campaigns are both creatively compelling and effectively aligned with client objectives. This role is pivotal in transforming client goals and market insights into impactful, cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve measurable success. Creative Strategist leverages their expertise in creative development, strategic planning, project alignment, and client relationship management to deliver high-quality, on-brand content and experiences. By staying ahead of industry trends and fostering a collaborative environment, the Creative Strategist drives the successful delivery of PR initiatives that enhance client reputations and foster long-term partnerships.
Salary: $10 - $11 USD per hour
Schedule: Dayshift Eastern Timezone
Responsibilities
- A Creative Strategist has a unique and vital role, combining creative vision with strategic planning to ensure the successful delivery of PR campaigns.
- The ideal candidate should possess B2B PR, Media Relations, social media, and Marketing skills to effectively manage and execute comprehensive PR strategies across various platforms.
- Campaign Development and Strategy:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Develop comprehensive and innovative PR strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns, ensuring they are innovative and impactful.
- Project Coordination and alignment:
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, media relations) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Content Creation and Oversight:
- Guide the creation of compelling content, including press releases, social media posts, media pitch, articles, and multimedia assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand voice and strategic goals.
- Review and approve creative materials to maintain high-quality standards.
- Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during campaign development and execution.
- Present campaign ideas, strategies, and progress reports to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization and future strategies.
- Utilize data to refine and improve creative strategies, ensuring they are effective and relevant.
- Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative ideas.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Encourage cross-department collaboration to leverage diverse expertise and perspectives.
- Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect clients' reputations.
- Respond swiftly to any PR emergencies, providing strategic counsel and effective solutions.
- Measurement and Reporting:
- Monitor metrics to measure campaign success.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, demonstrating ROI to clients.
- Use insights from campaign analysis to inform future strategies and improve results.
