Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Cairo, Egypt. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, matching them to job opportunities, and managing the hiring process. Daily tasks include identifying talent needs, building talent pipelines, and maintaining candidate relationships.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, sourcing, and candidate screening skills
- Previous experience as a Recruiter 1+ years
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field
