Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter based in Casablanca. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. They will also assist in recruitment events, maintain candidate databases, and support other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Fluency in English is a must
