What You Do :
- Provide business-oriented legal advice to all levels of management and staff
- Monitor, research and address legal issues within the company / branch
- Draft and review contracts, agreements and corporate documents (e.g. rules of procedure), corporate resolutions and accompanying legal documentation).
- Ensure implementation of internal governance policies
- Raise awareness of, and develop risk mitigation measures
- Work with the global Allianz Technology Legal community in developing and enhancing practices and procedures
- Work in cross-functional teams as required and in line with evolving business needs and the regulatory environment.
- Conduct trainings
- Closely follow legislative processes both on a national and international level and help to identify necessary steps for their implementation at Allianz Technology SE.
- Oversee and steer external legal counsel, where applicable.
What You Bring :
- a Master Degree in Moroccan law or a similar qualification .
- 4 to 10 years’ experience working as an in-house attorney in an international company or as an attorney in an international law firm;
- excellent language skills in English and French (sufficient English skills with excellent reading, writing and listening skills is a must)
- a good understanding of the business environment and are eager to work in an international environment.
- the ability to work well in a team and have excellent communication skills.
- an entrepreneurial spirit and are well-organized
- strong negotiation skills and follow an analytical approach
- the ability to work independently and be a trustful advisor to the local management
