Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in timely manner, by adhering to policies and standards to achieve highest satisfaction levels.





Job Description

  • Deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries promptly, and exceed customer expectations to build lasting relationships

  • Actively listen to customer concerns, identify solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Provide clear and concise information to customers through various channels, fostering a positive experience

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and ensure seamless customer service

  • Adhere to established customer service policies and procedures while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Contribute to maintaining and improving customer service standards through initiative and feedback




Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role
