Mission

Role Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager also oversees quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

'Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor expenses and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
  • Team Coordination & Leadership: Lead project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between all team members and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and challenges.
  • Ensure expectations are managed effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across various stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
