Director of Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and solidify the company's position as the go-to SaaS solution for Amazon sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to execute growth initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between product features and marketing messages.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with key partners and influencers within the Amazon seller community to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Targeted Marketing: Understand prospect clients' personas and develop targeted strategies to address their needs and solve their pain points.
- Compelling Content Creation: Develop compelling copy for various marketing channels to engage and convert the target audience.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing roles with proven success in developing marketing strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with Slack, Trello, HubSpot, and SEO tools (preferably Ahrefs).
- Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Copywriting Skills: Exceptional ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital channels and metrics with an analytical mindset.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Innovative Mindset: Creative thinking with the ability to craft standout campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Amazon Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with reselling on Amazon and knowledge of the Amazon seller community.
- E-commerce Challenges: Understanding of challenges faced by e-commerce businesses and the ability to offer solutions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Public Speaking: Comfort with webinars and video content creation.
- Personality: Enthusiastic personality that inspires teams and resonates with audiences.
