Manpower recherche pour l'un de ses clients, société opérant dans le secteur pharmaceutique, un HR Business Partner H/F.
Poste :
The HR Business Partner will ensure the implementation of Employer Branding & communication activities, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development of the internal competencies.
Areas Of Responsibility :
• Ensure the effective implementation of the Talent acquisition and selection process, including support for job postings, screening, interviewing, and feedback, as well as supporting onboarding activities.
• Employer Branding Support in the launch, communication, and follow-up of Employer Branding projects and initiatives. Identify and drive opportunities to attract talents.
• Well-being Support in the coordination and organization of all the wellbeing activities, including internal communications, events, etc.
• Learning & Development: Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the training and development plan
• Ensure the follow-up with the specified agencies to get the reimbursement for the training plan
• Provide professional expertise on personnel and HR management matters within the organization, ensuring total compliance with local legal requirements; ethical and company standards
• Develops and maintains job descriptions and competency profiles for all positions; ensuring duties & and responsibilities are clear; accountabilities and competencies are clearly stated in order to empower people within their positions.
• Ensure an open and professional consultative dialogue with all employees and line managers; facilitate all contact and exchanges between management and employees
• Empower managers to manage their teams, and ensure that the necessary policies, practices, and procedures are implemented to enable them to do so;
• Sharing and follow-up on the KPIs of all the activities handled
• Collaborate in other Human Resources projects, such as Diversity and Inclusion and Internal Communications.
Profil recherché :
Educational Qualification : Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, or Marketing/Communication with a strong interest in Human Resources.
