Today, we are looking for an IT Projects Leader to join our team in Morocco.

Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will contribute to the execution of PMI strategy by leading all phases of assigned IT projects, solving business needs through the application of project management practices by building and implementing our consumer’s digital experience through ground-breaking solutions and platforms.

This role is based in Casablanca.

Your ‘day To Day’

• Participate to the design, configuration and daily support of new tools and engage with business partners to identify business problems and provide optimal IT and Digital solutions.
• Develop IT project plans, timelines and budgets in coordination with key stakeholders and meet quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Improve the existing Run & Support model and service management strategy, including system integration and interfaces.
• Ensure business demand and operational plans are in line with the IT deployment plans and system landscape.
• Collaborate with our IT global team for the deployment and support of central solutions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across project teams, including stakeholders and vendors.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Certification in AWS - Cloud Practitioner, Scrum Master, Salesforce and MuleSoft (preferred).
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).

Philip Morris International (PMI) is a leading international tobacco company, actively delivering a smoke-free future and evolving its portfolio for the long term to include products outside of the tobacco and nicotine sector.
