What you will do
- Leading and managing programs and projects from initial scoping through delivery.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure projects/products are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Building strong relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and partners to achieve successful outcomes.
- Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and programs.
- Managing both internal and external communications with stakeholders.
- Organizing and coordinating internal and external events.
- Identifying and addressing key goals, business concerns, and priorities to ensure they are understood and addressed.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve and simplify business procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Tracking priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities
What we are loking for
- 7+ years of experience working as a program manager, project manager, community manager, or in a related role.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience organizing medium to large-scale events.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage tasks, teams, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to successfully and efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude, capable of identifying and implementing solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding team and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of the software development industry. Education in the technical area preferred or equivalent work experience
