DHL Global Forwarding Morocco has an opening for anOFR Bulk Operations & Customer Service Specialist where you will ensure the delivery from A-Z of all the operations process related to OFR shipments. Join us now in connecting people and improving lives.
In this OFR Bulk Operations & Customer Service Specialist position
- You will handling day-to-day shipments and operational activities of Bulk Ocean Freight and including all types of sea shipments.
- You will liaise with the origins and destinations for the forecast and being in contact with the sales dept and the department supervisor.
- You will place booking orders to Shipping line via appropriate systems.
- You will ensure that shipment adheres to customs regulation of Morocco / and other countries regulation.
- You will send BL instruction to shipping line and check if all information in the bill of loading are correct.
- You will coordinate with the depot for the fitting of flexis and our trucker to pick up container following customer request date.
- You will coordinate with our broker to handle customs formalities.
- You will be checking and preparing necessary documents to complete export-import and customs clearance process.
- You will send our invoice within 4 days from departure date and 3 days after the arrival for the import.
- You will ensure that collection of containers from shipping line depot.
- You will be providing complete and accurate information to customers in a timely manner.
- You will prepare all document required on timely and accurate manner for shipping activities and identify appropriate transport mode in assistance with customer.
- You will deliver all document on time to customer, broker, shipping line and trucker.
- You will maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction.
- You will ensure and control file result (GP, cost, revenue).
- You will consolidate at month end all operational data for KPI report, analyze performance.
- You will check if all information in the bill of loading is correct.
- You will handle all customers complaints and together with the shipping lines and the station network.
- You will put corrective actions in place in case of any issue/challenge.
Now, here’s what we need from you
- 2-4 Years of experience on bulk and operations
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
