Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Tangier. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO sector, specifically in sourcing and hiring inbound and outbound sales agents for international call centers. Proficiency in French and Dutch is essential, along with a good command of English. Advanced Excel skills and experience in volume hiring and reporting are also key requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates for inbound and outbound sales positions within international call centers.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Data Management and Reporting: Utilize Excel to maintain recruitment data and generate reports on hiring metrics.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the BPO sector, focusing on sales agent roles.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and Dutch; proficient in English.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in volume hiring and familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
