Corporate Recruiter W/ US and Canada Experience

Overview:

Ensures attainment of hiring targets and job qualifications. Provides input to the recruitment process, reviews and identifies areas for improvement, and suggests new strategies to bring about increased efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function. Establishes professional working relationships with other internal and external groups / organizations to ensure recruitment activities align with the fast-paced and continuously changing business demands. Empowers respective team members in the different Talent Acquisition functions and tasks. Assists in mentoring and upskilling of associates.


Function: SOURCING


▪ Recommends and executes planned sourcing activities including call-outs to ensure target applicant footfall and hires are achieved on time. Represents the company in all kinds of external and internal recruitment/sourcing events.

▪ Carries out all kinds of sourcing channels / projects / initiatives and may perform tasks assigned TA Sourcing Manager for the accomplishment of the account’s and/or department’s objectives.

▪ Assists in developing team members through continuous mentoring and training.

▪ Develops and fosters close relationships with customers.

▪ Coordinates with the different HR groups as well as Operations to identify the various profiles and hiring requirements.

▪ Maintains databases and trackers pertinent to sourcing operations to monitor and analyze recruitment/sourcing operations. Reports status, effectiveness and quality of specific sourcing.


Function: RECRUITMENT


Oversees the recruitment process as carried out by respective Talent Acquisition teams (i.e. phone screens, paper screens, initial and final interviews, reference checks). Delegates recruitment tasks to team members and drives for strict adherence timelines in order to meet the hiring targets for the specified time frame. Responsible for maintaining quality, completeness and timeliness of deliverables.

Monitors the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommends changes and improvements that align with business requirements. Responsible for endorsing all TA shortlisted candidates profiles and the conversion of raw resumes and CVs into TI format to TA Manager.

Monitors the status of hiring requirements and schedules contract signing to all new hires and ensures proper filing of new-hire documents and proper endorsement after contract-signing.

Develops and produces reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring and evaluating recruitment activity and quality.

Executes proper discharge of workforce planning and recruitment and their sub-functions, namely, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, background investigation and placement.

Actively participates in the planning and execution of various programs in line with Talent Acquisition Operations and Retention.

Maintain Applicant Tracking System.

Responsible for ensuring that the shortlisted candidates are properly informed, briefed, and coached for clients interview and in sending an outlook calendar invitation to the appropriate parties.

Assists in developing team members through continuous mentoring and training.

Develops and fosters close relationships with customers.

Takes part in the Final HR Interview stage of the recruitment process.


Function: PMT


▪ Prepares, maintains, and files the proper documentation in order to track recruitment initiatives and output against required numbers.

▪ Monitors the status of hiring requirements by ensuring close coordination among recruitment team members and the requesting department / function.

▪ Performs records management activities.

▪ Ensures the accurate input of information in databases for processed applications, the generation of campaign–specific reports, and other internal recruitment reports.

▪ Performs Data Entry / Extraction around candidate information in appropriate system/tools. ▪ Assists and checks authenticity and completeness of required documents of the candidates. ▪ Aims to bring about increased efficiency and expediency in all data management activities. ▪ Assists in developing team members through continuous mentoring and training.

▪ Develops and fosters close relationships with customers.

▪ Prepares employment contracts and assists in maintaining required documentation.

▪ Actively participates in the planning and execution of various programs in line with Process and Data Management.


Required skills + qualities (technical):


▪ Three (3) to Four (4) years of work experience in recruitment/head-hunting or sourcing preferably within the BPO/ITO industry. Exposure to customer service, sales, or any labor-intensive industry is a plus. Knowledge of various recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches and knowledge of recruitment principles, processes, and best practices.

Proficient in face to face behavioral interviews. General / basic knowledge of other Human Resources areas and principles (i.e. Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations).

General / basic knowledge of IT/ BPO industry talents, operations and organization. Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).
