Job Description

1. Implementation and monitoring of corporate security governance in the region/countries based on legal conditions


  • Analyze corporate security governance and conduct risk assessments from a regional perspective, identifying necessary adjustments and mitigating region-specific risks.
  • Develop a regional security strategy aligned with the overall corporate security risk management process, Bosch values, regional business strategies, and country-specific legal requirements.
  • Drive, coordinate, and monitor the overall security management system in alignment with business security managers in the region.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the region.
  • Support local security networking (e.g., through trainings, workshops, visits, etc.).
  • Lead communication and awareness activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the regional security risk situation (crime reporting, liaising with national authorities and networks), contributing to regional risk management.
  • Adapt the regional security strategy based on evolving risks and conditions.

2. Driving the regional internal and external security network and raising awareness


  • Conduct internal and external stakeholder analysis to define awareness priorities based on regional risk assessments and the overall corporate security awareness strategy.
  • Adapt global awareness activities to the specific regional context (legal requirements, risk situations).
  • Build and strengthen internal and external security networks, ensuring the implementation of defined awareness measures.
  • Assess the maturity of internal/external security relations and the level of awareness among employees, managers, and targeted groups.
  • Review internal and external networking activities to identify added value and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously analyze and review awareness priorities and measures.

3. Support and monitoring of cross-regional and country-specific security investigations


  • Define a regional investigation process that complies with national legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct security investigations within the region, working closely with the Legal and HR departments.
  • Evaluate the maturity of the regional investigation process and ensure compliance with national laws, with the support of relevant departments.
  • Adapt the regional investigation process based on corporate security governance and analysis.
  • Strengthen collaboration with process owners to prevent similar incidents.

Qualifications
  • University degree in protection/security or similar qualification
  • 5+ years in security management
  • Experience in investigations preferred
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Willingness to travel.
