the HR Intern position at Infomineo is perfect for you!


As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support by implementing


systems, procedures, and policies while monitoring HR and administrative projects. You will work


under the guidance of the HR Team Lead and the local Country Manager, collaborating closely with the


team to ensure smooth operations.


What you will do


• Provide HR Administrative Support: Assist the HR Team Lead, Country Manager, and


various teams across multiple offices to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.


• Organize Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, both in hard copy and


within the HRIS system, for easy access and compliance.


• Ensure Legal Compliance: Support adherence to local labor laws in Morocco and other


locations by collaborating with the HR Team Lead and Country Manager.


• Enhance Employee Experience: Work with the HR team to deliver excellent service, fostering


a positive workplace culture and improving employee satisfaction.


• Facilitate Onboarding and Offboarding: Help coordinate new employee orientations and


manage the offboarding process efficiently.


• Track Time Off: Monitor employee time off and sick leave, keeping accurate records to support


organizational needs.


• Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and organize meetings for local managers and team members


for HR events, promoting team cohesion.


• Distribute Company Policies: Assist in reviewing and sharing company policies in both digital


and hard copy formats, including handbooks and safety protocols.


Who you are


• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or


a related field.


• Experience: Recent graduate with no prior experience required.


• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French, and Arabic; knowledge of additional


languages is a plus.


• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork.


• Confidentiality: Dedicated to handling sensitive information with care and discretion.


• Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Prioritization Skills: Proficient in setting priorities and efficiently managing workload.


• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to improve


administrative processes.
