Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, interests, and career goals
- Develop personalized action plans to support candidates’ job search efforts
- Provide coaching on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on career development topics
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide ongoing support and encouragement
- Collaborate with employers to identify job openings and workforce needs
- Track and report on the progress of candidates, ensuring accountability and success
