Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Joy Morocco in Marrakesh. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing online communication channels, engaging with the community, and organizing events and initiatives to foster a positive community spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement:

• Manage and interact with our online community across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive community environment and encourage member participation.

Content Creation:

• Assist in creating and editing visual content, including graphics, images, and short videos.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor social media metrics and analyze engagement data.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve community growth and engagement.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• Basic experience with social media management.
• Proficiency in image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva).

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
