Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
- Manage HR administrative tasks (employee records, payroll, benefits administration)
- Oversee employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate wellbioeng activities within the company.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of HR experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR software (HRIS)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Languages: English and French
