HR Generalist

Allianz - Morocco - Casablanca
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned HR functions within the country. The HR Generalist plays a key role in improving HR processes, actively engaging in employee relations, analyzing people data, and implementing policies and procedures that support the company culture.

What You Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or internship in recruitment is preferred. Sourcing Dutch profiles (Netherlands) is also a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
