Key responsibilities:


  • Serve as Key People Partner: Act as the primary point of contact for leaders on people-related activities, providing coaching, guidance, and advice on various people management issues within the terminal or function.
  • Support and Advise on Performance and Organizational Design: Guide leaders in managing performance cases, action plans, and team organizational design to align with business needs, including role structuring and job leveling.
  • Coordinate People Processes and Annual Cycle Delivery: Lead the delivery of core people processes such as Objective Setting, Engagement, and Performance Management, and manage the end-to-end annual People Cycle for the terminal/function.
  • Training, Workshops, and Employee Engagement: Deliver leadership training and workshops in alignment with the people calendar and strategy, and assist in onboarding, recruitment, and on-site employee activities as required.
  • Data-Driven Decisions and People Analytics: Ensure data-driven conversations with leaders, support budgeting and forecasting, and oversee People Analytics and VMS, working with local leaders to address key improvement areas.
  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on local employment laws, ensuring compliance and making updates to People policies as needed. Lead communication efforts, implement improvement projects, and partner with Employee Experience Organization on people process enhancements and complex case resolutions

We are looking for.


  • Master’s degree in business administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent communication in English and in French
  • Experience in stakeholder management, conflict management and change management
