Job Description Summary



In this role, the Cluster Lead will oversee and manage the full OTR finance portfolio for the NAFT sub-region, working closely with the sub-region leader as a strategic business partner. Key responsibilities include driving technical accounting compliance, ensuring robust financial and operational internal controls, streamlining processes, and delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of key business drivers and how their work integrates with and supports other teams, contributing to overall regional goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:



OTR Finance for GA coverage North African countries Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and Turkey. Will work closely with sub-regional operational leadership , project manager and teams to manage and consolidate projects finance portfolio. Focusing on the further improvement of operational finance aspects which includes but not limited to PMR’s, LDQs, Sales, Billing & Cash pacing’s, Retention, bonds, FX, order/backlog reporting & monthly / quarterly reviews in partnership with Operating teams & Leadership. In addition, will be a key interface to controllership team to ensure the internal controls implementation, reliable project financials (Projects B/S cleaning & purity including cleansing of aged balances) and support in all Statutory & internal project audits. Similarly, will be an important connect to FP&A team to ensure smooth reporting and reconciliation between different SAP platform PS, FI & SD to have smooth closing every month. Lastly, will continue to guide & coach young members of finance team on finance tools, concepts & FIs.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor degree in Finance or relevant educational background Master degree in Finance is an advantage Experience in accounting principles, construction contract accounting and revenue recognition Proficiency in English, Arabic and French Strong communication and presentation skills, well versed in excel and power point. Prior knowledge of SAP as key user will be a plus point, however knowledge on process is more important Previous experience of coordinating external/ internal audit is must Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs Established project management skills
