Key Responsibilities:



  • Follow-up of all accounting and administrative operations relating to customers

  • Control and resolution of customer anomalies.

  • Ensure the integration all the Self-Billing invoices before the closing date.

  • Weekly planning of commercial issues report.

  • Establishment and analysis of reconciliations relating to module A.R

  • Establishment of reporting of items to general accounting

  • Participation in monthly and annual closings

  • Response to requests from external and internal auditors and auditors for AR modules

  • Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements

Key Skills :



  • Experience with accounting software

  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, laws and regulations

  • Ability to prioritize work

  • BAC + 5 Finance & Accounting

  • 0 to 1 Year experience in a similar position
