Job Summary:

As a French-Speaking Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our products and services within the banking, travel, energy, and insurance industries. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients, both new and existing, to meet and exceed sales targets. While prior experience in sales is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are seeking motivated, goal-driven individuals with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. This is an onsite position in either Rabat or Kénitra, Morocco, and the company will provide all necessary tools and equipment to help you excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Acquisition: Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities in the banking, travel, energy, and insurance sectors, actively seeking potential clients and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services across various sectors (banking, travel, energy, and insurance) and communicate these offerings effectively to clients.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with prospective clients. Be prepared to negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall performance and growth of the company.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to help shape sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, client feedback, and market trends. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to management to inform future sales strategies.


Required Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level French proficiency, with strong written and spoken communication skills in French to engage effectively with clients.
  • Experience: While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients, understand their needs, and deliver effective solutions.
