What You Will Be Doing
As a Product Catalogue Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Arrow’s EMEA vendor product repository. Your key responsibilities include:

• Uploading and updating vendor catalogues and price lists.

  
  

• Classifying products based on segmentation, product lines, and item granularity.

  
  

• Aligning workload activities with financial and vendor closing periods.

  
  

• Enriching product data with logistical details such as weight and size.

  
  

• Performing gap analysis and contributing to new platform improvements.

  
  

• Collaborating with teams in Operations, Sales, Finance, Business Analysis, and IT to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  
  

• Managing and maintaining data in line with EU regulations.

  
  

• Preparing, analyzing, and monitoring reports to ensure data accuracy.

  
  

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

  
  

• Supporting inquiries from internal teams regarding product catalog data.

  
  

• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) when necessary.

  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

  
  

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  
  

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

  
  

• High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.

  
  

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  
  

• A bachelor's degree is a plus.
