As part of our business development, McDonald’s is hiring a Recruitment Intern.
Main tasks:
- Define recruitment needs with the recruitment manager
- Contribute to the formalization of recruitment processes and tools
- Participate in the daily management of the recruitment department (posting job ads, sorting applications, phone pre-screening, participating in interviews)
Required profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources Management.
- Recruitment experience is highly desired.
