As a Customer Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming and guiding individual and professional clients.
• Managing the cash desk and carrying out routine banking operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Ensuring treasury management, with the Principal Customer Manager or Branch Manager (collection or pickup of funds, ATM replenishment).
• Processing securities and centralizing accounting entries.
• Developing a client portfolio and marketing simplified banking products.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.
