The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process for the establishment and growth of the Moroccan subsidiary. They will ensure the availability of talent aligned with the group's strategic needs and guarantee an exemplary candidate experience.




Their responsibilities include:
 • Defining the recruitment strategy in line with the subsidiary's growth objectives.
 • Building, optimizing, and deploying an efficient recruitment process that complies with group standards.
 • Managing the full recruitment cycle: understanding needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
 • Structuring and managing a local and international talent pool for key positions (technical, support, managerial).
 • Implementing and administering an ATS (Applicant Tracking System): configuration, workflow optimization, reporting, internal user training.
 • Developing an employer branding strategy to position the subsidiary as an attractive employer in the Moroccan market.
 • Producing regular reports (recruitment KPIs, timelines, costs, channel performance) and ensuring precise activity monitoring.
 • Coordinating interactions with external partners: recruitment agencies, schools, specialized platforms, public institutions.
 • Ensuring compliance with legal, internal, and ethical requirements at all stages of recruitment.
 • Supporting managers in understanding their needs, conducting interviews, and best evaluation practices.
 • Contributing to the overall HR structure as part of the multinational's from-scratch setup.
 




Required profile :

5 to 10 years of professional experience in recruitment, with a significant portion in a multinational, IT services, industrial, or technological environment.
 • Full mastery of ATS (configuration, reporting, workflows, automation).
 • Excellent advanced sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized platforms, professional networks.
 • Strong ability to assess technical and behavioral skills (structured interviews, tests, assessments).
 • Adaptability in a start-up context: ability to build, organize, improve, and industrialize processes.
 • Communication skills, diplomacy, and ability to challenge business needs.
 • Professional English is essential; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
 • Results-oriented, deadline-driven, highly autonomous, and highly organized.
 • Ability to represent the employer brand and attract talent in a competitive market.
 • Strong analytical skills: KPIs, dashboards, continuous optimization.
 • Collaborative spirit, internal service culture, and excellent interpersonal skills.
