Main Missions – Information Systems:
* Define strategic IS and telecom directions with general management.
* Lead the management of the Resort's information systems.
* Implement a risk management policy (security, confidentiality, integrity).
* Ensure technological watch and propose innovative solutions.
* Supervise the administration of systems, networks, databases, and user support.
* Deploy digitalization tools to improve user experience.
* Manage relationships with service providers and control associated budgets.
* Define the evolution and maintenance strategy for IS and infrastructure.
* Propose improvement solutions related to technological developments.
* Analyze and monitor subcontracting agreements.
* Lead compliance with GDPR and personal data regulations.
* Gather and analyze business needs to propose appropriate investments.
* Design an efficient organization of information flows.
* Ensure alignment between strategy, IT tools, and customer needs.
* Manage and maintain the WiFi network in collaboration with the technical department.
