Job :
Order Management:
Entry, tracking, and validation of orders in the ERP system
Verification of commercial terms (prices, deadlines, incoterms...)
Logistics and Delivery Tracking:
Coordination with logistics and transport teams
Tracking of shipments, management of disputes and returns
Internal Interface:
Collaboration with sales, production, finance, and logistics teams
Participation in the improvement of sales administration processes
Required profile :
- Education from Bac 2 to Bac +5 (equivalent to Associate's to Master's degree)
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Comfortable with digital tools (dashboards, etc.)
- Presentable, Rigorous, organized, discreet, and good interpersonal skills
