Mission Drive performance: Monitor indicators, analyze data, build and deploy action plans, forecast and optimize revenue
Supervise and support: Individual coaching, leading meetings, onboarding new hires, staffing management, supporting Team Leaders
Unite teams: Create challenges, manage activities, negotiate the budget, maintain a positive and motivating social climate
Ensure quality and compliance: Implement operational standards, continuous process improvement, compliance with safety and confidentiality regulations
Be a strategic link: Participate in recruitment, collaborate with support services, lead steering committees and production committees, regular reporting to management and/or the client
