Job :

  • Supervise and coordinate all branch activities and be responsible for achieving the branch's goals and your team's individual goals.

  • Implement and manage your branch's commercial strategy.

  • Monitor your branch's key performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve set objectives.

  • Ensure the development of credit activities as well as financial inclusion products and services, according to established objectives.

  • Guarantee quality customer service and promote a customer-centric culture within the branch.

  • Ensure good administrative management of the branch and the security of the premises.

  • Plan work schedules, train staff, and evaluate individual performance.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies at the branches under your responsibility.

  • Identify and report potential operational risks to the Branch Group Manager.
