ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNICAL MANAGER - M/F
Reporting to the Head of Innovation and Environment Department, you will be responsible for the reliability, robustness, and scalability of technical solutions, while structuring the engineering approach (tools, practices, standards) and providing reference technical support to the teams.
YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS WITH US:
A. Structure and evolve internal tools
• Manage the evolution of tooling (CI/CD, project templates, environments, logs/monitoring)
• Standardize best practices: guidelines, patterns, architecture, application security.
• Industrialize methods: automation, pipelines, quality checklists
• Implement a continuous improvement dynamic within the technical "cell".
B. Respond to technical questions and provide guidance
• Respond to technical requests (architecture choices, integrations, incidents, performance)
• Direct to referents/experts when necessary (security, infra, data, product)
• Help make decisions by providing a risk/benefit vision and a systemic view.
C. Ensure the reliability of solutions (quality & performance)
• Define and enforce quality requirements: tests, code reviews, conventions
• Implement / improve maintainability: technical debt, refactoring, documentation, upgrades
• Guarantee performance and robustness: observability, alerting, incident management, post-mortems
• Ensure the consistency of technical choices with constraints (cost, deadlines, security, operations)
Required profile :
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
• You hold a higher education degree at Bac + 5 level (or equivalent experience in software development).
• You have the following skills:
technical skills (stack type) =
- back-end: C# (or equivalent)
- scripting / data / tooling: Python
- front-end: ReactJS HTML JS CSS TailWind
- cloud: Microsoft Azure (services, deployment, supervision)
- software quality: CI/CD, testing (unit/integration), observability, debt management
cross-functional skills =
- autonomy and ability to prioritize effectively
- listening and communication (pedagogy, simplification)
- continuous improvement culture and pragmatic rigor
- self-learning: monitoring, rapid learning, structured experimentation
• You have 5 years of experience in these areas.
