The Bank Customer Relations Officer is responsible for managing and monitoring clients' banking files, particularly regarding loans. They assist clients in their procedures and offer them solutions tailored to their financial needs.
Main Activities:
• Processing banking files:
o Receiving and analyzing client requests.
o Administrative follow-up and updating files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Credit Management,
o Studying the feasibility of credit applications according to eligibility criteria.
o Assisting clients in completing their credit application files and ensuring follow-up with internal departments.
• Customer relations and advice:
o Providing quality customer service by responding to requests with responsiveness and professionalism.
