GENERAL MISSION:




To ensure the sale and promotion of products to customers.
To develop and retain a professional clientele (General Management & Retailers)
To achieve the sales revenue objectives set by the commercial management.
To advise customers on products, their uses, and benefits.
To participate in the implementation of promotional and marketing operations in the field.
To conduct regular competitive analysis to adapt the product offering.
 





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:




To respect the highway code and apply Lesieur Cristal's Health, Safety, and Work (HSW) policy when driving.




To scrupulously follow the established customer visit schedule.
To carry out sales and ensure debt collection in accordance with current procedures.




To manage the stock follow-up of their mobile depot as well as the administrative management of sales, including invoice tracking and collection.




To provide regular reporting on commercial performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the hierarchical manager.
 




Required profile :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling cosmetic products and

agro-food/cosmetic products.
In-depth knowledge of products.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service.
Ability to work in a team and manage complex commercial situations.
Dynamism, autonomy, and organizational skills.
National mobility
