Job :

Administrative Management
- Organize the General Management's schedule, plan meetings, trips, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic.
- Prepare, format, and archive official documents, reports, and internal notes.
- Follow up on administrative files in connection with various internal entities.
Communication and Coordination
- Act as a liaison between General Management and directors, external partners, and institutions.
- Draft meeting minutes, summary notes, and official letters.
- Coordinate information exchange between different departments and follow up on specific requests from General Management.
- Facilitate the upward and downward flow of strategic information.
Logistical Support
- Prepare files, materials, and presentations for meetings or committees.
- Organize meeting logistics (rooms, invitations, agenda, minutes).
- Manage business travel (bookings, mission orders, reimbursements).
- Participate in organizing internal or external events led by General Management.
 




Required profile :

- Holder of a Bac+2/3 (2-3 years of higher education) in management assistance, administrative management, or equivalent;
- Successful previous experience in a similar role, ideally with general management;
- Knowledge of administrative management and executive secretarial methods and practices;
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
