Missions:
Ensure the management, monitoring, and coordination of topographic studies under optimal quality, cost, and time conditions and in compliance with standards, while ensuring the application of current procedures and rules regarding health, workplace safety, and ethics.
Activities:
• Carry out topographic studies;
• Control surveys carried out by external surveying firms;
• Control topographic surveys carried out internally;
• Ensure the management of topographic study requests;
• Verify the compliance of works carried out with execution plans and as-built plans.
• Prepare as-built plans;
• Proceed with the setting out and staking of planned roads and structures on site, as well as the identification of potential obstacles;
• Establish the progress payments for topographic work carried out by subcontractors;
• Ensure the monitoring of the preparation of cadastral plans;
• Ensure good coordination with project owners and other stakeholders during the study phase;
• Participate in the necessary investigations for the identification of land and easements required for SRM-CS works;
• Assist the Legal & Insurance Department in technical operations related to land;
• Ensure that all produced topographic plans are referenced to the leveling benchmark (N.G.M) and Lambert coordinates;
• Contribute to activity reporting;
• Ensure the physical and digital archiving of files according to current procedures;
• Monitor topographic framework agreements.
• Respond to requests from various departments and entities regarding topographic, land, and cadastral studies;
• Prepare as-built surveys for various networks;
• Manage and monitor requests for studies carried out internally and by subcontractors.
Required profile :
- Experience between 1 and 2 years maximum
- Holding a State Engineer Diploma
