We are recruiting for our client, a company operating in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector, an HR Manager to support the structuring and administrative management of a significant workforce.

Main responsibilities:
- Reporting to Management, you will be responsible for the administrative and social management of staff, including:
- Ensure complete administrative management of personnel: employment contracts, employee files, certificates, absences, leave, disciplinary actions, and regulatory monitoring.
- Manage payroll and monitor the payroll mass for over 200 employees.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, applicable agreements, and internal procedures.
- Manage relations with social and administrative bodies (CNSS, Labor Inspectorate, mutual insurance, etc.).
- Monitor staff movements: onboarding, departures, transfers, and internal mobility.
- Implement and update HR reports and social dashboards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR administrative processes.
Required profile :
- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or equivalent.
- Mandatory experience in industry, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector.
- Proven experience in managing payroll for over 200 employees.
- Excellent command of Moroccan labor law and personnel administration.
- Proficiency in HR tools and payroll management.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, rigor, organization, and autonomy.
