You will work within a team composed of several developers and a project manager responsible for developing new features and ensuring the maintenance of applications used internally at Orange. This is an Agile team.

You will be involved in a dynamic environment focused on development professions.

As a developer:

• Proposing new features / Estimating / Developing.


• Analyzing needs, estimating costs, and implementing new features.


• Designing and deploying performant and scalable software architectures: technological choices, definition of standards and best practices.


• Coaching and supporting technical teams: recruitment, defining and monitoring objectives.


• Collaborating with stakeholders: coordinating with the Product Owner, technical teams, and clients.


• Adopting and promoting DevOps practices to optimize integration and deployment.


• Advanced management of Git branches: creation, merging, and conflict resolution.


• Code review and continuous improvement: implementing validation processes and best practices to ensure code quality.


• Solving complex technical problems: identifying root causes and deploying appropriate solutions.


• Monitoring development, test, and production environments: configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
