Position: Fleet Supervisor
Location: UM6P Laayoune
GENERAL PURPOSE OR MISSION OF THE POSITION:
The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, managing, and controlling fuel consumption, GPS tracking of vehicles, and managing Jawaz cards.
He/she will implement monitoring tools, analyze data, detect anomalies, and contribute to optimizing mobility costs while ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of processes.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Methods:
Goal: Ensure optimal monitoring of fuel, vehicle location (GPS), mileage traveled, and Jawaz card usage.
A. Fuel Monitoring:
- Record consumption data.
- Check fuel vouchers, invoices, and statements.
- Update dashboards per vehicle and driver.
- Analyze discrepancies and detect anomalies.
- Propose corrective actions in case of overconsumption or inconsistencies.
GPS Monitoring:
- Manage and use data from geolocation systems.
- Monitor routes, travel times, and stops.
- Analyze data to improve travel efficiency.
- Identify any non-compliant use of vehicles.
Jawaz Card Management:
- Ensure card availability for each vehicle.
- Monitor top-ups, toll crossings, and highway expenses.
- Maintain rigorous tracking per vehicle and driver.
- Manage requests for replacement, blocking, or new cards.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare periodic reports on consumption, routes, and expenses.
- Propose optimization actions (eco-driving, maintenance).
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Average consumption rate per km
- Number of anomalies detected and handled
- Reporting coverage rate (fuel, GPS, Jawaz)
- Cost reduction per km or per mission
- Responsiveness in case of loss or GPS/Jawaz card issue
