Main tasks:
Ensure production schedule is met to deliver monthly deliverables.
Monitor weekly progress of activities and report blocking points during regular meetings with the client.
Ensure the quality of the produced deliverables.
Manage non-conformities to ensure their effective resolution and compliance with client requirements.
Technical activities:
MBOM
Create and update MBOM according to client requests in DELMIA, SAP, or other tools.
Analyze discrepancies in case of inconsistencies between different input data.
Work Instructions / Routings (WI/Routing):
Create and update work instructions and manufacturing routings in Microsoft Visio, DELMIA, SAP, or other tools.
Consult the 3D model in DELMIA or equivalent tools to understand requested modifications.
Read and analyze 2D plans to update production documents.
